Tickets are refundable with 24-hour – local time- advance notice of scheduled event. No-shows are non-refundable.

Tours run regardless of weather conditions. Due to the attention and organization that goes into each tour, please take careful note of our cancellation policies:

• Please call if you are unable to make the tour, would like to change the date/time call: +393313045666
• We cannot guarantee change of tour date/time
• Sorrento Food Tours retains the right to issue refunds at our discretion.
• Transportation to or from Sorrento meeting points are not included on for the Sorrento Food Tour or Sunset Wine Stroll.

MEETING POINTS & TIMES: Due to extremely strict time slots for entry into attractions and for food preparation, both in-person & virtual/online, we recommend you show up 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the tour or experience. Our groups begin & depart precisely at the scheduled tour start time.

Please confirm your meeting point location the day of the tour in case of any changes. You are also sent an automated email reminder of the exact location 24 hours prior to the tour. If you are unsure, contact us and we can advise from your location with Google maps to where it is and how long to arrive.

If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy. If you are having a hard time arriving on time we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can do everything in our power to assist you with arriving at the meeting point at the scheduled time.

Cancelations by us
If the tour you are booked has not met minimum numbers, or a change in vendor schedules or holiday or emergency closures occur, we can cancel it up to 24 hours in advance. You will be notified via email with options to either move to another time slot or day. Should these arrangements not fit in with your schedule, we will provide a 100% refund.

All of our food tours and classes are vegetarian friendly. Please notify us of your dietary restrictions upon booking. Changes cannot be made during the tour. We try to accommodate all requests, however, some vendors are limited to what they can offer.

If you are driving allow AMPLE time, there is a lot of traffic and only two lanes.

There are two paid parking garages in Sorrento center off the main square Piazza Tasso.

1 – “Parcheggio Vallone dei Mulini Chiomenzano” is located on Via Fuorimura or google map across from Plaza Hotel Sorrento.

Adolescent and children tickets are available for the food tour. Wine tasting minimum age is 18 yrs old.

Gratuities are greatly appreciated! The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.

10% service charge will be added on private group tours.

Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour at most of the food-tasting locations.

We dine rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather, we will be able to go inside many of the establishments on the tour. Please dress accordingly or bring an umbrella.

Due to the terrain, wheelchairs cannot access all areas of the tour.

All tours are in English.

We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings, and more).

Feel free to bring your camera, wear sunscreen and hat in summer and comfortable walking shoes. Water is available for purchase at all locations and included at lunch.
